- Use of the Service
- Eligibility:You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are accessing on behalf of a company or organization, you must have the legal authority to do so.
- License: Dialytx grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
- Restrictions: You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or copy the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; or (d) use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

- Termination
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Site or contacting support.
- Termination by Dialytx: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable period unless required to retain it by law.
- Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You agree that any claims will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial.
